Our warehouse and logistics team manages the fulfillment of orders received by Amfiy’s clients through Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant and Fulfilled by Amazon services. As Amify grows, we are introducing a lead and team focused on the direct-to-consumer Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) business.   • Receive, sort and check-in inbound shipments with online Ecommerce software such as ShipStation, Stamps.com, and Shopify
  • Organize, stack and unstack boxes. Palletize, stage and put away items in the warehouse
  • Unload, move and load pallets using manual pallet jacks
  • Ensure compliance of items, including sorting, light production, repacking and labeling with attention to detail
  • Create outbound shipments and prepare products for shipments; utilize online Ecommerce software to record shipping records
  • Load and unload small parcels and freight trucks. Help drivers with loading/unloading
  • Create Ecommerce item listings as needed
  • Process customer returns: coordinate with inventory management and purchasing to reconcile returns, recalls and overstock
  • Safety, sanitation and security: conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety while maintaining a clean and organized work area consistent with GMP regulations; assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
  • Hire and manage top-performing talent as the FBM business grows



  • 4+ years of experience with Direct-to-Consumer supply chain/logistics. Experience working directly for brand or 3PL managing order fulfillment and distribution- order picking, repacking and direct to customer order shipments
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Amazon Seller Central (FBA, FBM), Walmart, and/or Shopify. Amazon experience strongly preferred
  • 1+ year of direct people leadership experience
  • Inventory management experience required
  • Experience with Ecommerce fulfillment software such as ShipStation, Stamps.com, Shopify
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Warehousing concepts
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, team player
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: receiving inbound shipments; light production, sorting, inventory counting, labeling and repacking; and coordinating outbound shipments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word and Excel, specifically), G-Suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) are helpful
  • Experience with coordinating small parcel and LTL shipping is a plus
