    Recruiters at Amify to contribute to a wide range of areas that impact talent acquisition  such as employer branding, full life-cycle recruiting, hiring manager training, and overall candidate experience.


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to write position descriptions for current openings
    • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
    • Strategize creative ways to enhance current recruiting functions
    • Source candidates through all available channels (online, networking, referrals, job boards, cold calling, professional organizations, etc.)
    • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications ; update candidates and key internal stakeholders on hiring processes
    • Lead the internal recruiting communication function including engaging employees in the process, leading the recurring recruiting meeting and updating management on recruiting progress.
    • Own and manage ATS and provide detailed reporting to senior team
    • Help new hires onboard


    • 4-year degree required
    • Minimum 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience (a blend of corporate and agency recruiting experience is preferred). 
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Intermediate level skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS and G-Suite applications
    • Experience with Predictive Index preferred
    • Experience in a startup environment
    • Experience with marketing, advertising, consulting or sales environments
