    We are currently hiring for a Brand Protection Analyst to support our Amazon Brand Services Team.


    • Serve as primary brand protection point of contact for internal and external stakeholders 
    • Lead brand protection team to align with client’s strategies, targets, and priorities
    • Responsible for the data integrity of all brand protection reports, trackers, scorecards, KPI’s, and database
    • Manage relationships with service providers and agencies
    • Generate and analyze MAP Enforcement/monitoring reports and prioritize communication with MAP violators and/or unauthorized sellers
    • Ensure that best practices and processes are updated and in place for all tasks related to brand protection
    • Track researching and inbound/outbound communication tasks with unauthorized sellers 
    • Assist in the crafting of weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to understand client catalogs, best-selling items, authorized sellers, biggest offenders, and create an appropriate brand protection strategy


    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel 
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of Amazon tools, such as Brand Registry, Seller and Vendor Central
    • SalesForce experience a plus
    • HowMany?, Keepa, and Helium10 plugins experience a plus
