    Responsibilities

    As the Sales Director at Amify, you will be responsible for driving revenue and laying the groundwork for a successful and scalable sales organization. In this role, you will: 

     

    • Define the sales strategy and execute against revenue/profitability targets 
    • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline in greenfield territories
    • Sell the complete Amify service offering to Vice Presidents, Directors, and C-Level Executives
    • Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success Teams to develop compelling sales collateral
    • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity for maximum productivity 
    • Frequently travel to Cincinnati, OH (Customer Success and Marketing Teams)

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of consultative, highly-autonomous sales experience 
    • 2+ years of new business experience/building a greenfield territory
    • Experience managing pipeline and sales activity in Salesforce.com
    • Experience selling a complex product offering to C-Levels and Executives
    • Extreme hunter mentality and desire to build a long-term career in sales
    • Proven track record of exceeding quotas (President’s Club, sales awards, etc.)
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication
    • Strong design aesthetic and proof of success partnering with Marketing
    • Highly organized and process-driven
    • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and energized by a high-growth environment 
    • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
